Full Conference Registration

May 14th and 15th. Includes admission to all plenary and technical sessions, admission to tabletop exhibits, Wednesday night reception, breakfasts, luncheons, breaks, and a copy of all presentations.

Early Bird Fee (5 weeks prior): $345, $295 for LIA, FMA and cooperating institutions members

Regular Fee: $395, $345 for LIA, FMA and cooperating institutions members

 

One Day Conference Registration

May 14th and 15th Only . Includes admission to all plenary and technical sessions for that day only, admission to tabletop exhibits, Wednesday night reception, breakfasts, luncheons, breaks for that day only and a copy of all presentations.

Golf Outing- May 13
This year ALAW is having a networking golf outing. The golf outing will be the day before the conference sessions begin at the Inn at St. John's (the Luke and Matthew Courses holes #10 - #27). The format is 4 man scramble and includes 18 holes of golf with Club Car Power Cart at The Inn at St. John's golf course, boxed lunch, 2 complimentary drinks on the course, bag drop service, and reception following the event. Golf Registration Time: Tuesday, May 13, 7:30am

Fee: $60

Guest Ticket: $75
Includes lunch on Wednesday, lunch on Thursday, & vendor reception

Vendor Reception Only: $35

Speakers and Session Chairs

Flat Fee: $175

Substitutions & Cancellations

We understand that circumstances may occur to prevent you from attending the conference. If you find that you cannot attend ALAW:

  1. Send a substitute. Substitutions can be made at any time at no extra cost - even on-site at the conference. (Please have the substitute bring your letter of confirmation to the registration desk.)

  2. Refund of monies. Requests for refunds must be made in writing and received on or before April 1, 2008. There is a $99.00 processing fee applied to all refunds. No refunds will be issued after April 1, 2008.
